Things to Do
With such incredible natural resources nearby, it’s hard not to take advantage of the Upper Las Virgenes Canyon Open Space Preserve and hike, mountain bike, or ride horseback. The Cave of Munits is a popular destination within the preserve. Bell Canyon Park and El Escorpión Park also have excellent recreational activities. And there are plenty of neighborhood parks that offer amenities like basketball hoops, jungle gyms, and soccer fields and so forth.
West Hills is located in the Los Angeles Unified School District and has both public and private school options.
