An estate in the celebrity-filled Los Angeles neighborhood of Hidden Hills is set to hit the market this week for $17.9 million, Mansion Global has learned.
The nearly 13,500-square-foot megamansion “is the pinnacle of California living,” with its open layout, disappearing walls of glass and well-appointed backyard and pool area, according to the listing with David Emanuel of AKG, Christie’s International Real Estate and Trisha Perez and Gary Wolfe of Century 21.
“This property seamlessly joins together the romance of a modern Napa ranch estate and the sophistication of cutting-edge technology,” Mr. Emanuel said.
Built in 2020, the home is set on more than an acre of land overlooking the Upper Las Virgenes Canyon Open Space Preserve, which is close to 3,000 acres. The house is replete with amenities, from the glass-enclosed gym with an infrared sauna to the 2,000-square-foot primary suite, according to the listing.
The main floor features an open great room, dining area and kitchen, which boasts bespoke cabinetry, a walk-in refrigerator and Gaggenau appliances. There’s a total of four kitchens in the home, the listing said.
There are eight bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, and the lavish owner’s suite has a kitchenette, two fireplaces, a private patio and hand-finished plaster walls, plus a marble-clad bathroom with heated floors and an oversized dual shower, the listing said.
Other amenities include a home theater, a refrigerated wine cellar, a whole-home water purifying system, an elevator and a Laundry Jet, which is a vacuum-powered chute that transports laundry from any room with ports installed to one of the home’s three laundry rooms.
Outside, there is a dog run, a zero-edge pool and a cabana with yet another kitchen, the listing said. There’s also a guest house and six-car garage with a carousel.
The property last sold in 2020 for $13.5 million, according to records with PropertyShark. The seller was not immediately available for comment.
